2009 has been a busy year for the Bowman family. In April Ethan met Mickey Mouse and took his very first trip to Disney World. In May Kevin spent 2 wks in the hospital, and had to have lung surgery. In June we celebrated Ethan's 2nd birthday. In October we took our trip to San Francisco, and drove across 12 states to get home. This year we have made countless trips to different doctors to try and get Ethan the help he needs. I truly feel that 2010 will be the year of Ethan's healing. So, goodbye to 2009. Welcome 2010!
Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

Snow Day!!

Well looks like the Bowmans got moved in just in the nick of time. This weekend we had our first snow storm of winter. We woke up Saturday morning to about 4 to 5 inches of snow! Although we never lost power we did loose our phone line and internet service. We played in the snow, enjoyed some homemade soup, and made some Christmas cookies.

Moving day is almost here!
Today I am packing up Ethan's room. I have to say it is a lot harder than I thought it would be. It's so sad to back up all his things, and to know that that room won't be his room anymore. This is the house we brought him home to from the hospital. This is the only home he has ever known. I know we will make new memories in our new house but that still doesn't make this any easier. I hope that Ethan adapts well to his new home. Everyone just keep the Bowmans in your prayers, even though this is a new beginning its still a hard one.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
Yesterday we had Amber do our Christmas pictures. It was such a beautiful day. It was about 75 degrees and we all had sweaters on. Amber did such a great job. Thank you Amber we love our pictures!
